Why do you take payment before home survey?

We take full payment before booking a home survey to maintain maximum availability of surveyors for our customers. 

We have a "no quibble" refund policy - if after the home survey you no longer wish to proceed with the installation of a charger, we will issue an immediate, full refund, no questions asked. These are processed by us straight away.
