On Octopus, can I still charge my EV immediately if I need to?

Yes. You can manually start charging your vehicle at any time by clicking on Bump charge button inside Octopus App.

However, charging outside the scheduled smart charging times may mean you pay the standard electricity rate instead of the Intelligent Octopus Go off-peak rate.
