Troubleshooting Steps

Check the Power Supply: 
Ensure the power outlet is properly connected and supplying electricity. 
Check for tripped circuit breakers or blown fuses that could interrupt power flow. 

Inspect Charging Cable: 
Examine the charging cable for any visible damage or wear. 
Make sure the cable is securely plugged into both the wall charger and your vehicle. 

Verify Wi-Fi Connection:

Try Charging with the included RFID Tag: 
If you have access to the supplied RFID tag, try to start the charge with it.
