My building is listed - do I need permission to install an EV charger?

If you live in a listed building the good news is that you can normally get an EV charger installed.

You will need to get in touch with your LBC and obtain the relevant permissions to get a chargepoint installed and we'll need to see these before we proceed with an installation.

If you're thinking about getting an EV it's worth doing this with good time, as each individual planning authority will have different lead times.
