How do I know if my installation will be standard?

As part of installation you can choose either a virtual self survey, or upgrade to a video survey or in-person home survey during the checkout. These allow us to review your property and determine whether the installation is standard or requires a bespoke quote. Don't worry - over 9 in 10 installations are "standard" and don't require any additional work.   

Most homes are “standard”, however sometimes it is necessary for additional work to be completed to ensure the charger is safe to use and meets modern electrical standards, or if you have any specific requirements that may need additional work.  

If any additional work is deemed necessary before the installation of your charger, we will give you with a detailed quote outlining the required actions and any costs. If you decide not to proceed, we can cancel your order and issue you a refund, no questions asked.
