How do I arrange a home survey?

When you purchase your charger, you can select a home survey date and time as part of the checkout process. We offer both in-person and virtual home surveys.

Once we have received your home survey we will review it to determine if any additional work is required to complete the installation. Around 9 out of 10 installations are standard, however if you do need any additional work and do not wish to proceed we will issue a full refund. 

Unfortunately it is not possible to book a home survey without completing a purchase of a charger - this is to ensure we maintain maximum availability of surveyors for our customers.
