- Before you start - check to see if your car is compatible with Octopus Intelligent Go. If it is, you'll need to connect your car directly to Octopus and do not need to follow these instructions. You can check on the Octopus website.
- If you car is not compatible, you can connect your Cord charger to Octopus Intelligent Go by following these instructions.
- To connect to Octopus Intelligent Go, you'll need to update some settings in the Cord charger's backend.
- This takes around 20-30 minutes to complete, and should be done at a time you're not reliant on charging the car (just in case of any issues).
- If you get stuck, don't worry - simply fill in a technical support request form and we'll get in touch to help.
- Please note - this is currently in experimental beta. This product is right at the cutting edge of energy tech, so occasionally, some things might not work as expected.
