The Cord Lite 10m portable EV charger is a budget, entry level 3-pin Type 2 charger designed for use with hybrids and EVs. It has been designed for safe, high-quality charging at home or away.
Also known as a "granny charger", it comes with a 10m cable and features 2.3kW 10A charging, it’s ideal for overnight home EV charging or emergency top-ups where no fixed wall box is available. It comes with a Type 2 adaptor so is compatible with all EVs since 2018 and also features IP65 waterproofing & IK10 impact resistance - meaning it can withstand around 2.5 tonnes of pressure.
The Cord Lite comes with one charging setting at 10a / 2.3kW, the max permissable under UK electrical regulations. It includes safety features such as over/under voltage protection, temperature protection and a robust build.
