The hardware
One spec, whichever charger your drivers get
Socketed or tethered, every Cord Zero is built to the same fleet-ready standard. A 5-vehicle pilot and a 500-vehicle rollout run on exactly the same kit, so your spec never has to change as the fleet grows.
- Up to 7.4kW 7.36kW maximum output at 32A, 230V single phase. Enough for a full overnight charge on an ordinary domestic supply.
- Wi-Fi and 4G built in Every unit switches between Wi-Fi and 4G automatically, so a driver's broadband dropping out doesn't cost you charge data.
- OCPP 1.6 as standard An open protocol across the range, feeding sessions, energy use and costs straight into your fleet asset management portal.
- 5 year warranty as standard Five years on every Cord Zero, backed by IK08 impact protection and a −30°C to +50°C operating range.
