Home charger install cancellation request

 

If you wish to cancel your installation of a home charger please complete the form below and one of our team will get in touch.

If you're unhappy or you simply wish to change your appointment, please contact us. We'll certainly do our best to put it right. 

Please note that last minute cancellations within 48 hours of installation date are subject to a £75 late cancellation fee.

Returns & exchanges - purchased from Cord

If you wish to request to return or exchange an item you can do so by either logging into your account or using our guest return form. Please use the links below.

Returns & exchanges - not purchased from Cord

If you did not purchase your product from Cord directly (e.g from Amazon or Halfords), please refer to your retailer's returns and exchanges policy as unfortunately we are unable to process these returns.

Returns

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. You must include the packing slip which is issued when the return is approved.

To request a return, you must complete the returns request form on our site. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Delivery damages
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

 

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund. 

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are issued: - 

  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error. 
  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.
