The 10m EV charging cable for driveways that need more reach

Ten metres is the length to pick when a 5m cable leaves you parking to suit the charger rather than the other way round. It reaches a charge port on the far side of the car, covers a second car parked behind the first, and gives you slack to route the cable around a garden wall or garage corner instead of across a path.

This is the straight 7kW single phase version, Type 2 at both ends and matched to UK home electrics and home wallboxes: a full charge overnight, in around 8 hours. Charging at a workplace with 22kW three phase sockets? This cable still works there, at 7kW; if you need faster workplace charging, choose the 22kW version instead.

Also available coiled at 10m, in 22kW three phase, or longer at 15m.

Most homes charge at 7kW. Faster 22kW charging needs three phase power, which some workplaces and commercial sites have.

Good to know: charging speed depends on your vehicle, so you may not achieve the full 22kW. Many EVs accept up to 7.4kW or 11kW on AC.
